What Cleaning Standards Group Does

Cleaning Standards Group (“CSG”) provides cleaning standards coordination services. We help businesses request and schedule no-obligation cleaning standards walkthroughs and, when requested, facilitate introductions to independent local cleaning providers that may be a fit for the business’s building type, schedule, and requirements.

Cleaning Standards Group does not perform cleaning services and is not a cleaning contractor. Any cleaning services are performed solely by third-party providers under separate agreements between the business and the provider.

No Obligation

Walkthroughs are optional and non-binding. You are under no obligation to hire, retain, or contract with any provider introduced through the site or through CSG.

Independent Providers

Providers introduced through Cleaning Standards Group operate independently. Cleaning Standards Group does not control, supervise, or direct providers and does not guarantee pricing, performance, availability, outcomes, or the quality of any third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaning Standards Group will not be liable for damages, losses, or claims related to:

Services performed (or not performed) by third-party providers
Scheduling, availability, timing, or cancellations
Decisions made based on information gathered during a walkthrough
Property access, security procedures, keys/codes, or after-hours protocols managed by third parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaning Standards Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another party, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site functionality.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
